If you’re at a loss of what to read this summer, you should check out Image’s Top 100 Books of the Century.
I’m also helping develop (i.e. writing a tiny article) for their “Recommended Gazing” site, which will feature Christian artists from the past century. I’ll let you know when that’s [...]

This band, OverTheRhine, is my new favorite obsession. They are a hauntingly sweet, musically-diverse Christian band. Please–for your own soul’s sake–go to their website (overtherhine.com) and listen to their “radio”. They’re also teaching the songwriting workshop at Image’s Glen Workshop this summer.
I really like all the songs on their album “Drunkard’s Prayer,” (I’ve listened to [...]

Okay, so I uploaded some photos of my apartment onto the blog, but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to “publish” them. (Becky, do you know how? If you do, would you mind sending them out?)

Yesterday was a bit of a crunch day at work because all new drafts need to get sent to authors today with gently worded cover letters. This is a delicate process.
“We refocused on these three points” i.e. “We cut out sections 1, 5, & 6″
“We edited for conciseness (concision?)” i.e. “We cut out 1000 [...]
